Bureau for Private Post-Secondary Education (BPPE)

Southern California State University is a private institution and is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education). Approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009. An institution may not imply that the Bureau endorses programs, or that Bureau approval means the institution exceeds minimum state standards.

Southern California State University accepts international student and is authorized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to process Form I-20, “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status” enabling prospective international students to apply for an F1 Student Visa.
